I own this table
1 - There's column "A" Names
2 - There's column "B" Values
The cell "C1" drop-down list of names
I want when the name selection is brought corresponding value even if repeated Name?
I want the solution by formulas

1 - If I put the "M1" corresponding to the number "2", give me "2" in cell "D1", only "2"
2 - If I changed the "M1" corresponding to the number "5", give me "5" in cell "D1", only "5"
And so on for the number "4"

If you have a lot more data than just 7 rows. You'd have to alter the formula in to encompass all your rows.
Since my first formula I suggested doesn't support your version of excel, you have no choice but to use my formula or create a VBA. I am not very good at VBA so someone else will try to help you.

Aladdin, Emmy isn't very good at explaining so let me help you understand what he wants so you can help him with the VBA. Assume "M1" is in C1. In cell C2, display all values in B column that have M1 in column A next to it. Desperate all the values with a comma. My VBA is not good or I would do it.
For each M1 in column A, Display it's value from column B separated by commas.

By the way, one needs in this case just to post the result for M1 in a visual form, not in words...
