valuable workbook crashes accessing KERNELBASE.dll

I have a workbook that required A L O T of time to develop and that -- all of a sudden -- crashes because of something having to do with how it/Excel interact with Windows file KERNELBASE.dll.

No error messages. When saving the blue Windows twirlygizmo spins for 30 seconds then Excel crashes and restarts w/o saving. Madenning.

Apparently that file (KERNELBASE.dll) is ok, based on lots of scanning and checking.

Duplicate File that required A LOT of dev time closes w/o save -- hopin' not to need complete rebuild
