I am creating a buying/selling sheet where I have the buying date and quantity and then the selling date and quantity
I want to stop the user if the user enters the selling date less than the buying date and similarly sells less or more than the buying quantity
can someone please guide me?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Read up on Data Validation. With data validation you can restrict the type of data that can be entered. Lot of examples if you search in Google. Try couple of them. If you get stuck then show what you tried and then we can take it from there?

how can I copy this data validation for the remaining 2000 entries without impacting the existing date (data)
