Vacation time earned per year

Hi
I'm trying to create a table were it maintains the vacation time earned based of year of service. We calculate the time:

5 years or less = 80 hrs./year
6-14 years = 120 hrs./year
15+=160 hrs./year

i seem to be stuck on creating the formula, and the examples i found didn't help. please let me know if anyone can help or point me to the right direction.
