V Look Up/If Formula

Hi there

Please see the attached sample - I'm looking for some help with a formula.

On the 'Valuation Sheet' I want the Call Out Charge column P to auto fill with the cost of the call out which is determined by the type of work (Column M), the Time of Day completed (Column L) and the priority of the call out (Column N). Depending on these values the call out charge should enter based on the table on the SLA's and Values sheet as this displays the cost dependant on the scenario.

I think this would be an IFS forumla with a V Look Up though I am not sure. If anyone could assist with the formula I would be grateful.

Excel Facts
