Uurdata omzetten naar kwartierdata

Ik wil graag de kwartierdata van mijn energieverbruik vergelijken met de day ahead prijzen van het jaar 2024. Deze day ahead prijzen zijn geregistreerd per uur terwijl de verbruiksdata per kwartier worden geregistreerd. Nu wil ik de data van de day ahead markt uitbreiden naar prijzen per uur. Hoe kan ik dit makkelijk organiseren?
