UTF Converter Available

hi all , just to let you know....and becausei know alot of people struggle through this just like i did , i created a new C++ program that will change the txt file format to any new format and it can be used in VBA and Command line

it can change between unicode , ASCii , UTF-8 , UTF-16, and many others
