Using Trend/Fcst Function with two rows of data

Hey hoping someone can help out with this.

Im looking to use the Trend function but not in the traditional way such as instead of trending cells b1, c1, d1, etc... I want to trend the cells just mentioned plus the cells below (b2, c2, d1, etc.). Reason for this is the setup of the budget. 2016 is on row 1 while 2017 is on row two. Please help...

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
