using time and date data to chart trends

We have time and date data from our ordering system, we want to be able to see the trends in which day of the week/time of day are the most common for orders being placed.
This is what our data looks like (copied out of excel, formatting in excel is two columns, Name and Created date, date and time appear next to each other in the same column).
I'd apreciate any help in how we can chart this information, thanks!!
(We are using microsoft office 365 business)

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
