Hello all,

I am looking to use the values inside a cell, as part of the function in another cell.
Is this possible??

The rows in the above picture have been omitted however they start from 1,2,3 ....

So I have the cell references inside of a cell i.e. the value of range("Q2") = E2 ... etc

What I am trying to do is take the values inside of say cell Q2 and Q3 and use them as a range. So ultimately what I am trying to do is to add SUM(E2:E24) but via referencing to cells Q2 and Q3.

I was hoping something like SUM(Values(Q2):Values(Q3)) would work, but no cigar unfortunately.

Any help would be great.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
