Using the same report....

I have a report that I want to use for 5 different queries. I need the report to be the same each time, and each query has the same fields. Can I just make the report once, and change which query it looks at, rather than doing the report from scratch each time?

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
If I read you right, you should be able to copy the Report and change the data/query source in Design mode.

I've done that plenty of times, but I'm not quite sure if that's what you're looking for...

Hope that helps,

Are the 5 queries the same apart from filtering?
You can use just one query and pass differnt filters to it when you open it from a form.
Another option would be to use one query and use code to change its SQL or to change the record source of the form by code.
