using the same references across multiple computers

Hi, I am having difficulties with the Access reference library for my database because the references I use (Access 2002) differ from the reference library some of the other users have on their computers (Access 2000). Is there an easy way to ensure that the necessary reference objects are available and selected - either through code as my database opens - or using some other automated mechanism that doesn't involve other users having to select references manually?

Thanks,

Coline
