Using Solver and "Iteration" together

I am trying to use Solver to find the maximum investment growth for a business situation. The tricky thing is that one of the constraints is based on a cell that is derived from another cell, which in turn is calculated using Excel's "iteration" feature.

To illustrate:

One of Solver constraints is Cell "A300 >= A310"

Now, A300 is derived from another cell, call it A250.

A250 is part of an iteration loop

My Solver runs are giving me different results and I'm not sure if they are giving me the local maximum or global maximum.

My question is - Has anyone used Solver with the "Iteration" functionality? If so, are there things we are supposed to do to make them work together?

Thanks
