Using pictures in posts

hi sorry this might be a really stupid question but how to i put a picture in my post from my hard drive ?

Do you want to post a shot of a spreadsheet? If so then see this thread.

If you want to post an image of something else, you'll need to use an image hosting service and post the link to it.

Post back if you're after something else.
