Using Macro to import multiple txt files

I am attempting to create a macro to import approx 2500 .txt files into a single sheet. Each file contains anywhere from 1 to 6 lines of data (name, address info, phone, etc). Some lines contain irregular characters including "," "&" etc. I would like the final data set such that each line of data in the txt file represents a single column of data in the sheet. Thanks
