using keyboard shortcuts in a textbox in a userform?

Hello.

I have a userform I use to enter data onto a worksheet. I need to add a symbol (the 'degree' sign in my case) on occasion in some of the textbox fields. The userform takes focus, so I can't use the Insert menu to place the symbol. I've tried using the keyboard shortcut to enter the symbol, but that doesn't work in the textbox for some reason.

Is there anyway to get keyboard shortcuts to work in a textbox on a userform? Is there some setting that I need to change, or is it just not possible?

Thanks,
Corey
