Using info from linked password protected database

I have a link to our accounts team's system via a password protected database.

It is via an MS Access project which means that I can not add tables to it to allow further analysis.

Therefore, I set up a new database and linked the relevant tables from the accounts databse to my new database.

This went well, and I am able to run queries from it perfectly well.

However, when I try to use this data via a pivot on Excel it can not extract the data, as the first database is password protected.

Can anyone help me to extract this data and make it useful on Excel ?

Thanks

Tim

here is the data flow
