using IIF condition

What condition would be use with IIF to show balance > 0 for a set of scores

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
You'd normally use a criteria in the query if you wanted to output records where something > something else. IIF isn't very efficient.

Can you post more details e.g. field descriptions, layout of your table, data description?
