Using Goal Seek in a macro

I would like to create a macro that does a Goal Seek and would like the "To Value" to be based on a cell reference. It appears that the "To Value" when using Goal Seek manually requires direct input (rather than a cell), but is there a way to create a macro that runs Goal Seek and has a cell reference for the "To Value"?
Thanks in advance!
David
