Using Function IF

I just need some help to make a formula and just cannot figure it out.
I want excel to automatically input Day, Evening, and Night I know i have to use the IF function but how to phrase the formula is the problem

when my other cells have certain ranges.

2300 - 700 Night
700 - 1500 Day
1500 - 2300 Evening

Please any help would be much appreciated

Here is one option using LOOKUP().

B1	=LOOKUP(A1,0+{"00:00","07:00","15:00","23:00"},{"Night","Day","Evening","Night"})
