Using form to print from database

Hello,

I have a form, five rows with seven columns and want to repeat the form eight times per page. One form per line in database. There could be as many as 44 lines to print which requires 44 forms. Any suggestions to automate this process would be appreciated. Please consider my age, older than dirt, and barely beyond a novice with excel.
