Hi
I’m wondering…
Coulmn A is dates >> mm/dd/yy
If I want to look for a word in B that is between 01/1/20 and 12/30/20..
First I find where 01/1/20 starts >>> say A23169, Then I move to B23169 and hold Shift and hit Page Down until I get to where 12/30/20 is. Then I use Find to find it.
I’m wondering if there is an easier way.
I’ve look at Options in Find and there isn’t any thing there that could help me
Maybe a userform or an input message box, But I don’t know how to do it
I need to look at the whole line where the word is.
As an example, if I want to look for when I did an oil change in 2020, I have to highlight all of 2020 and use Find to look for the word >>oil, or > > oil change.
If I just use Find and look at all of B, it shows me dates (lines) that I don’t need to look at
it starts about A8 and now goes to B30451
Every day, it goes further down.
I’m using Excel 365 Windows 10
