Using Excel to make standard reports (nested vlookup if query?)

I have a dataset generated by an SAP report that I generate at will, multiple times per day. It varies in length, but is about 4000 rows and 60 columns wide. The columns never change but the rows do.

I want to be able to drop an updated dataset into a data tab and have a number of tabs each populated by filtered data based on the data. Kind of like a vlookup based on an if statement... maybe... I don't know.

For example:

Qty Plant State Material
1 5060 NC 119
1 9920 NC 202
5 9920 VA 119
2 9920 NC 113
1 5060 VA 702

So I want one tab to pull all of my 60 columns of data based on Plant 9920, and another tab for all of plant 5060, and another for everything going to NC, etc. And I want it to update automatically every time I download a new dataset.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
