Using Excel for commercial developing?

Hi,

If I establish a company to solve problems using Excel and VBA, what do I need to have? Some license? Paying some royalties to Microsoft? Anything at all?

Just a business entity to receive payments from customers and to pay taxes on your revenue.

Unless you're going to redistibute copies or parts of Excel itself, you don't need a licence from MS.
