I’m trying to make our work schedule easier to make. If you look at the picture. I want it so if the hours in the drop down match the hours on the phone schedule it copies their last name into the box next to the time in the phone schedule. You’ll see that if I do it in order by top to bottom it works but if I try to put someone on a different time slot it doesn’t pull their name in... pretty much I want it to be =if(J2=F(2-100) then it pulls the name from column A with the same number as the F cell) I just don’t know how to write that in excel formula.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Well it won’t let me paste a picture in here or copy and paste a chart, which seems silly for a forum based on excel, but if you need more information to answer the question I’m more than happy to email you.
