Using Conditional Formatting in Excel to highlight duplicates but excluding some

How do you use Conditional formatting to highlight duplicates in a column of data but excluding (when highlighting) cells that contains "-" or ""?
 

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
How to do this automatically by selecting just he range of data, without having to manually select the data which has "-" or ""?
