Hi,

Is there a Microsoft platform that is best for creating a request form that gets submitted to person X then marked as accepted and sent to person Y before they agree and send on to person Z?

Flow would be:

Person on the floor = W
Line Manager = X
Manager = Y
Orderer = Z

W (Submits form) ---- X (Receives form and ticks a box if they agree) ------ Y (Receives the form from X and reviews) ------ Z (Receives the form from Y and applies it)

Process needs to authorisations (X & Y).

Thank you for taking your time to read my thread.

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Power Automate is the best for this process. You can have Person W submit a form in either Microsoft Forms or SharePoint, and then Person X will receive the file with a Teams/Outlook message asking them to review the Excel file and either approve or deny. Then Person Y will receive the file with Person X's approval, and then they can either approve or deny it. After final approval, it can automatically be sent to Person Z and they can add it anywhere they like

Thank you I will have a play with this, I have managed to just complete the coding for word, so that it is an automatic process, as a starting point.
