Using a Pivot Function

Hi All,

Can you please help in creating a pivot like function in access. Where I have data from that data I was required to create a Pivot function.

The Output should be like below.

make a query to pull the data you want from the table, Q1
then use the Query Wizard to make a CROSSTAB query, using Q1.
it will ask you the field to use for rows,
the field to use for columns,
and the value intersecting.
