How many user tiers (board regular, active members, etc. Not including functional ones like moderator) are there and what are the respective post count thresholds or other requirements?

It appears some usernames are led by asteroids at the front, most of those members seem recently registered. Just wondering after how long or how many posts or what achievement does the asteroid go away?
 
I think that it runs something like this
New Members <50 posts also has the asterisk
Board Regular >=50 & <250
Active Member >=250 & <500
Well Known Member >=500
