Hi there,

I've currently got two spreadsheets;

1) AOK Form (v2) -
[This spreadsheet will be stored locally for over 100 users individually] This is where the form is located and it serves no other purpose than opening the form (there is a hidden sheet for lookup lists for combo boxes)

2) AOK Submissions -
[This sheet will be stored in a locked shared folder] - This is where the data collected through the form will be submitted automatically.

I've got all of the columns set up with headings ready to have the data sent from the form into the designated cells the problem is I'm not sure how to do that. - I also need the spreadsheet to add a new row everytime a new submission is made so that any new submissions are at the top of the spreadsheet.

I also have a couple of questions about whether a few things are possible or not:
1) If we password protected the Submissions spreadsheet would the form still communicate the data across?
2) With multiple users the risk of error is increased, is it possible to click submit --> submit data --> auto-check AOK Submissions for data --> if not there then pop-up asking to click resend appears
3) Is it possible to have a popup message once the data is submitted confirming such - when you click okay on the pop-up box it then closes the entire AOK Form (V2) spreadsheet?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
