UserForm doesn't stay visible when changing to another workbook

When I was using Excel 2010 I had no problems opening a UserForm in one Workbook, then selecting another Workbook and the UserForm would stay visible. That doesn't happen in Windows 10 + Excel 2016... If I open the UserForm it will hide when I change to another Workbook, and I'm loading the form using "vbmodeless".

Does anyone know whats the cause?

Thanks,
Delmar Silva

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I'm using Excel 2013 For PC
My UserForm stays open and visible when I switch to another open workbook I cannot see the Userform.
But when I switch back to the workbook with the Userform the Userform is visible.

And I'm using Windows 10

I do not think its possible to always see the Userform no matter what workbook is active
