UserForm Button to asign picture to activex control

I have a userform I am creating to view and insert photos. I have a large Image Box that is nice for viewing. It is linked to show the picture that is used in the activex control in the document. I would like to add a button to the userform that once clicked, will prompt the insert picture box to show just like when the activex photo button is clicked. This way they can add the photo from the form, it will then fill the activex control, and then the image box on the userform will mirror the photo for better viewing. I need help with a code that will basicly edit the properties and pop up the window to select a photo from file
