Does anyone have a website that starts out with basics on user forms, and another on that is a bit more advanced?

If you're trying to create the User Form in Excel, this was a helpful beginning site for me: http://spreadsheets.about.com/od/excel101thebasics/l/blexuserform1.htm

I'm new to this too and needed a site to go through the process step by step. This did a pretty good job.

Can't help with the advanced bit though.
