User Form

I have created a user form and set the Row Source to pick up a list of appx 300 items in a standard Excel sheet. Most of the time when I run my VBA code I get a message, "Not enough memory to display completely". I cannot get out of that error message; when I click in the box to say, 'OK', the mouse pointer just creates some kind of weird blank space on the screen. Any idea on what would be wrong with my user form?

Have you at any point in your code used the line:

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

?
