User form text box watermarked number

i have userfor and input a few numbers. i was hoping to have the previous number displayed in the text box.

Is there a way i can have a value showing in the text box but as soon as i select the text box and or start typing it disappears?

Just like if you google search for mr excel and in the top mr excel result there's a search box with "results from mr excel.com" in it and when you start typing it goes away.

Finally got around to trying it and works a treat.

is there any way to have the default values grey font but when deleted/overwritten it changes to black?
