Use pivotable's "Sum of xxx" in Calculated Field or Calculated Item?

Good day.

Can you please help me with a question, as screenshot and attachment?

With the given original data, original data is in column A to E. Columns G to O is the generated pivot table. Columns P to U are manual calculated results (taking cell P4 as an example, it's H4/N4, Q4 = I4/O4 etc).

From column P to U, can it be done by Calculated Field or Calculated Item? If it's possible, can you please guide me in the steps? Thank you!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
You can simply add the value field again, right-click it, choose Show values as... and then choose % of row total.
