Use ETL Manager extract as a source for Power Query

I am using ETL Manager extract URL as an external connection (from Web) in Excel. However that always gives me a top row with cell A1 saying "DSS Report".

I would like to get rid of that row so I tried to use the ETL URL as a data source for Power Query. When I go New Query -> From Other Sources -> From Web, I get a following error: "Unable to connect. We encountered an error while trying to connect. Web.Contents failed to get contents from ...URL... (302): Found"

So my question is either:
1. How can I use ETL Manager extract as a source for Power Query?
or
2. How can I remove the top row using external connection? I looked through all the external range options and didn't find it.

Thanks.
