Hi,
Is there a way to use a command button or VBA to change the format of a field in form? Sometimes my customer will need to enter a currency and sometimes they have to enter a percentage due to their health plan. I want to have two buttons one that changes the field into currency and the other changes the field to percentage (unless anyone has another idea).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
You should not mix data types in the same field.
Instead, have a Currency field and a Percentage field. You can change their visibility with a button, and they can be overlaid so the user doesn't have to move to a different part of the form.
