Urgent!

I have a pivot table which shows tasks for a project and I have a column beside (not a part of the pivot table) that the user enters how much complete they are.

My manager has changed the format of the pivot table and has screwed up all the tasks. Is there a way with VBA to fix the re-position the user entered data to be in the same spot it use to be using the old pivot table as a reference? The pivot table is in compact form so I can't use a simple vlookup.
