Hi All,

I am currently trying to produce an effective Time Management spreadsheet which I can use for both weekly but then can also show monthly.

The way I have it setup is as follows:
Sheet 1 - my weekly planner

From this i just have a 5 day week where i can allocate my time.

Sheet 2 - my month overview

On this spreadsheet it will show what I have done over the month.

What I Require:
On Sheet I would like it to automatically update depending on the dates.

So in B12 for example, i want it to look at the date in A12 (12/04/11) and see if on Sheet 1 in Row 3 if the date is showing.
If it is I was Sheet 2 to input the relevant data from the time slots from Sheet 1 into it.

I hope this makes sence, i urgently need this completely by today!

All help is most appreciated!

Many Thanks,

Nec

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Hello again,

Just been researching for a project at work and it clicked maybe this would be of use to you (I'm still learning this stuff so it may be clunky :laugh:)

Code:
Sub TestingMultiIf()
If Sheet1.Range("A2") = Sheet2.Range("B1") Then 'Check if value in A2 is same as Date in B1
Sheet1.Range("B2:D2").Copy                      'Copy if it is
Sheet2.Range("B2").PasteSpecial Transpose:=True 'Paste using Transpose
End If 'Go to test next
If Sheet1.Range("A3") = Sheet2.Range("C1") Then
Sheet1.Range("B3:D3").Copy
Sheet2.Range("C2").PasteSpecial Transpose:=True
End If
If Sheet1.Range("A4") = Sheet2.Range("D1") Then
Sheet1.Range("B4:D4").Copy
Sheet2.Range("D2").PasteSpecial Transpose:=True
End If
End Sub

Not tested the situation with if the dates change, but if you had it set up for the month it should just bypass if they don't match (I think) or you could hopefully amend to suit?
