I know you can have text rotated to be up to a 90 degree angle, but is there a way to make it so that it is upside down completely? There's a brochure I want to print on that has two sides (english/spanish) and instead of feeding it through twice I would rather have it just print once.

You can try "taking a picture" of your data and pasting it where you want. Then you can rotate it.

Select the range you want to flip (make sure it is somewhere away from the print area).

Then hold the Shift key down and select Copy Picture from the Edit menu.

Select ..as shown when printed.. from the pop-up.

Click Ok

Then anywhere on the spreadsheet and then Edit|Paste. You can rotate or move and size the resulting "picture".... The font etc..may be a little distorted....

You can experiment :)
