I need to be able to find to find a list of all zip codes within 2 day ground shipments from a single zip code.
For instance, what zip codes are within 2 day UPS ground shipping time from 90210. I know UPS has the maps, but some states have multiple transit times, so it doesn't really help.
I spoke with UPS and they don't provide a list. Only the maps. Would it be possible to get this data thru their API feed? If so, are there any basic excel files available for download with and API already set up that I could get somewhere? I have no experience at all with API setups.
