Upon open worksheet select entry in drop down list

I thought I had enquired about this but after going through my posts & not finding it I assume that I then didn’t.

As per title.
My drop down list has a blank entry at the the top of the available names to select from.
I would like to know how this blank entry can be selected when the worksheet is open.

Worksheet is called INV
Drop down list is in cell G13
