I recently created a heat map (without map add ons, just using free form shapes and VBA) of the UK which will change colour based on a target set on a scroll bar, and dropdown boxes which can change the measure being viewed (which also presets to a new target based on the measure). It's a nifty tool and thought i'd upload it but i cannot see anywhere to do it? Are we allowed to share work/ideas on here. Obviously i'd remove sensitive data.

You cannot upload files here but you could upload to a filesharing site like www.box.net then post a link.

there is no upload option use a third party service like dropbox and share the download link
