I have a table with world wide location data where each row includes the location's continent, approx 4,500 rows. I have a macro that runs a query on all the data but would like to include a checklist which would restrict the query to selected continents. I've set up a Form Control checklist but the next steps are beyond my VBA skills! Any guidance appreciated.

Thanks
Geoff

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Please show us your Macro.
And I do not know of any Form control known as a Checklist.

I know what a ListBox is and a ComboBox and a TextBox

But I have never heard of a Checklist.

Form controls ---> Check Box.

I've no macro to share on this issue; that's what I'm seeking some help with.

In your original post you said:

So please give more details about what you want the Macro to do. Give specific details like if Checkbox value equals true do this.

We need the name of the Table and all specific details about what you need.

Form controls ---> Check Box.

I've changed the design of the spreadsheet to help simplify data processing so we'll close this thread. Thanks for your interest.
