updating Scenario Manager Automatically

I would like to know how to update the Scenario Manager automatically when the data changes

Thanks for the reply. What I wanted to know is that where the inputs pertaining to the data used in what if analysis (scenario manager) changes, how to get the scenario manager to automatically update without having to create a new scenario manager
