If I upload a Power BI dashboard to a SharePoint page, how can I update/refresh the data that comes from an Excel file? Should I store the Excel file in an online location like a company network drive or OneDrive?

How can I avoid having to delete and re-upload the dashboard each time?

Thanks for the support, have a great day!

You should have the Excel document stored in a SharePoint folder within the same SharePoint that your dashboard is on. You can then schedule refreshes, or have it trigger automatically via Power Automate.
