Updating Excel OLEObjects SourceName

First time posting, really hoping someone will be able to help.

I am new to working with VBA and OLE Objects for work and I am having issues finding a better way to update the Object SourceName. The reason why it changes often is I have a "Master" file with blank linked files that are copied and used by different groups of people. So I need to updated the SourceName so the "Master" file and blank copies are not being used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
