Here is my problem..
I have 2 sheets.. 1st sheet looks as..

Locale OS Version Size
US win7 10 30
US mac 10.7 10.1.4 45
***an win7 10 78
***an mac 10.7 10.1.4 90
***an mac 10.8 11 80

In the second sheet the same columns..

If we give Locale as US then all available OS should be updated in a drop down in OS column and if we select an OS from that list..all available versions for that particular Locale and OS should be updated as a dropdown in version column..there if i select a version then size should be auto populated based on previous three cell values..

Its an emergency..pls help..thanks in advance..

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Hi,

I think you asking for the data validation rules to change depending on what Locale is chosen, if this is the case then:

Create the lists on another sheet with all of the possibilities if US is chosen as the locale then another column for any other locale
Select the list that is underneath US and Define the name as US (The names have to be the same as what you will be selecting on the other sheet)
On the Sheet where you want the drop down list to appear select all the cells and go to data validation.
Type in =indirect($A$1) or whether you will enter the locale and this should give you your data validation rule.
