Hello and thankyou for all of your help to date, Although I have been a visitor for years I often found my answers from reading past messages. This is my first post

Ok, I am a teacher and I have made a "passport" (in word) for my kids each time they attend class or win a game I give them a sticker which they put into their passports. The passport has 10 pages to put stickers on to and each page contains a 3x4 table (a total of 12 places for them to place their stickers). Within each table there is 11 blank white spaces and 1 square with a image, when the student places a sticker over the image they get a special prize.

I have desiged an excel spreadsheet that has 10 seperate 3x4 tables and then the excel spreadsheet randomly moves around the images each time the sheet is updated, then I have copied a link of each of these 10 tables into word, this way when I update the excel spreadsheet it automatically moves the position of images in each table which intern means that each student wins a prize at different times.

Ok so all good so far, although a little messy having both excel and word, but it works.

Now my problem is I want to print 100 copies and I want each one to be different, therefore currently I have to go to excel hit F9, go to word hit print 1 copy then back to excel hit F9 back to word print 1 copy...... 100 times! I would like to tell word to print 100 copies while updating the excel spreadshhet between each copy.

Can this be done?

Many Thanks
